This report examines projected climate change and Peak Oil impacts on council services and operations by investigating qualitatively at how the combined effects of climate and Peak Oil will impact on ECan’s services and operations over the LTCCP period (2006-2016). A second part of the report provides an update on the issues surrounding carbon and emissions trading.
