Special Needs Programme

Environment Canterbury is currently developing a sustainable transport programme focusing on the specific needs of the special needs community. It will include information on how to use the local Metro system, including Metrocard and Real Time technology. The programme will also build on strategies and skills to ensure effective communication when using public transport. The sustainable transport buses will support this programme.
