Spill Kit Discount Card Promotion

The Pollution Prevention Guide (PPG) programme is an environmental risk management tool. It is a proactive approach by Environment Canterbury (ECan) designed to reduce pollution events in Canterbury.

The PPG Spill Kit Discount Card is a collaborative effort between ECan and spill kit suppliers from around Canterbury.

This promotion allows PPG participants to acquire appropriate equipment (spill kits) to handle spills of hazardous substances or other potential contaminants. By acquiring spill kits businesses are reducing their risks and liabilities while protecting staff, equipment, resources and the environment from harm. All sites that store, use or dispose of hazardous substances should have a spill kit available at all times in the event of an accidental spill.

All businesses that complete a PPG site visit are eligible for this promotion.
