August 2008 Update

Well the weather has been wet and wild lately and the days are getting just that little bit longer.  The throws of winter will soon be behind us and we will be looking forward to a more settled spring season.

Second cluster meetings have now been held with Cluster One Te Pirita and Cluster Two Irwell.  The second meeting with Cluster Three Bankside is scheduled for the 18th of August 2008.

Proposed conditions were sent to the consent holders in Cluster One in mid July and responses are requested by 19 September 2008.  To date there has been very little response from this group.

We highly recommend that if you want to discuss your conditions with ECan staff that you make a booking as soon as possible.  As we issue more proposed conditions the demand for our team’s time will increase and staff may not always be available at a time convenient for you.

June 2008 Update

We hope everyone is faring well so far this winter and that the snow didn't cause any major headaches! The May 2008 notices of review have been issued and by the end of July all those consents to be reviewed will have received their notices.

The next round of Cluster Group meetings is on the way.

Cluster Group One will meet again on Monday 23 June starting at 2.00pm in the Dunsandel Hall, Dunsandel to look at conditions and metering in more detail.  The ECan Resource Care Representatives for each cluster will be getting in touch with the cluster representatives to look at potential dates for your cluster's next meeting.  If you have any queries, then the Resource Care Officers' names, contact details and the cluster group they represent, are available here.  To see when your proposed next cluster meeting is, please check the PDF file icon.  Progress Plan File size icon.  13kB.
