• Ideally, bookings should be made at least 5 weeks in advance 
• It is important that you enter as much detail as possible 
• If booking one of our educators to accompany you out to a field site, you will need to meet Health and Safety requirements including adult/student ratios and risk activity management plans that your school requires.
• Active teacher participation and commitment are important to the success of all of our programmes.

When we have completed your initial booking, you will receive a confirmation email and be mailed out additional information to be reviewed, filled in and returned.
