This was posted at 9am, Monday the 22nd of March. One hundred millimetres of rain has fallen along the Main Divide overnight and it is still raining. Recreational users are advised that North Canterbury's alpine rivers (Rakaia, Waimakariri, Hurunui and Waiau) will be up slightly today.
