The Commissioners appointed by Selwyn District Council and Environment Canterbury to the above resource consent application have issued a Minute relating to the hearing process following the resumption on May 11, 2009.

Commissioners Philip Milne (chair), Andrew Fenemor, Bob Nixon and Raymond O’Callaghan have decided to continue with the hearing of the applications in an amended form.

Attached is a summary prepared by the commissioners for your information. This sets out the process, reasons for the decision and timeframe re the timing for reconvening in October this year.
