Decisions on submissions on Variations 1, 2, 4 and 14 to the Natural Resources Regional Plan were publicly notified on 23 October 2010. The Decisions are now considered to have been amended the Variations as notified.
Chapters 4 to 8 were notified as Variation 1 in 2004. Further amendments to these chapters were made via variations 2, 4 and 14 were incorporated into the hearing process with Variation 1 and the Decisions for these four variations are released together.

Due to the number of submissions, the decisions on submissions are available in 34 Decision Reports. The Introduction to NRRP Decisions provides guidance on these reports and an overview of the Decisions. The Annotated Chapters show the changes made as a result of decisions on submission for Variations 1, 2, 4 and 14 only. These annotated chapters do not include changes resulting from decisions in relation Variations 5 or 6 which can be viewed separately (see related pages). Minor changes as a result of errors are identified in the Schedule of minor changes and have not been amended in the annotated chapters.

Annotated Chapters
These chapters have been annotated to show the effect of decisions from Variation 1, 2, 4, and 14 only. Where an inconsistency exists between the annotated chapter and a decision report, the wording in the decision report prevails.
