This Transitional Regional Plan ceased to have effect from 11 June 2011, the date that the Canterbury Natural Resources Regional Plan became operative.

Plan History

In May 2001, Environment Canterbury confirmed the removal of the expiry date (31 December 2000) from the Transitional Regional Plan as it applies within Kaikoura District (including Changes 1 and 2).  It also added additional conditions for the general authorisation for the discharge of septic tank effluent to land.
