Where the terms and conditions of the agreement continue to assist soil conservation outcomes the answer is yes!
However, where it is considered that the terms and conditions of the agreement no longer assist soil conservation outcomes or where the value of the subsidy or grant has been met an application can be made to terminate the agreement. This may apply to the whole property or only part of it where subdivision occurs.
Please note: Where an application is made to terminate/discharge a Land Improvement Agreement a fee of $408.25 including GST has been set in the Annual Plan.
