If the leak is from a water main you will need to call your District Council to report the leak.

If the leak is from an irrigation pipe you can call Environment Canterbury who can check that the owner of the property is meeting the conditions of their resource consent if they have one. If they are not meeting the conditions of their resource consent Environment Canterbury can investigate.
