No. Using Endosulfan or spraying it on land or water to get rid of it contravenes both the Resource Management Act (RMA) and Hazardous Substances and Organisms Act (HSNO). Also, because it has been deregistered Endosulfan products no longer meet the agrichemical permitted activities under the Natural Resources Regional Plan (NRRP).
