The Air Plan rules are now operative in Christchurch, and will be enforced each winter between April and September each year. These rules will be actively enforced from April 2010.        

 

The rules are operative in Kaiapoi now, and enforcement action will begin from May 2011 with possible fines of $300 for a first offence from May 2012.
