Environment Canterbury’s Hazardous Activities and Industries List (HAIL) identification project is currently active in the Ashburton District and the Christchurch area. Site identification in the Ashburton District is expected to be complete by the beginning of 2011. Site identification in Christchurch will take approximately three years.
