The Hearing Panel granted the applications to take up to 1,800 cubic metres of water per day, at a maximum rate of 63 litres per second, from bore L36/1886, 200 mm diameter and 49 metres deep, at or about map reference L36:4063-1800, for industrial and irrigation purposes, to discharge wastewater generated from activities relating to the operation of an abattoir to land and to discharge stormwater containing contaminants onto or into land in circumstances in which it may enter water.
