Timaru District Council have been granted Coastal Permit CRC101831 to discharge wastewater into the coastal marine area; and Coastal Permit CRC101832 to erect and construct a discharge pipeline outfall structure, and occupy and use the coastal marine area; for consent durations of 35 years, subject to conditions.
