Environment Canterbury and Selwyn District Council have granted consent applications for the stage two construction and operation of a milk powder plant, associated infrastructure, and associated discharge consents. The consents will be located near Racecourse Hill, Canterbury, approximately 3.5 kilometres north-west of Darfield on State Highway 73.
