Notice is hereby given of the decision of Environment Canterbury and Christchurch City Council on the applications by Christchurch City Council to construct and operate a new wastewater treatment plant and associated infrastructure to serve the Akaroa Community on Banks Peninsula and to discharge treated wastewater into Akaroa Harbour.
