The decision of Environment Canterbury and Selwyn District Council in regard to the applications by Bathurst Coal Limited in regard to the closure and rehabilitation of the open cast coal mine at Bush Gully Road, Malvern Hills in the Selwyn District, has been received.
The decision is to refuse the applications.
