Mooring authorisation forms

HAR004 - Lease/use a private or council swing mooring

Use this form if you have had the agreement of the mooring owner to use a swing mooring or if you wish to lease/use a council owned or managed swing mooring.

HAR001 - New swing mooring within a designated mooring area

Use this form to apply for a new mooring authorisation in a designated mooring area.

HAR003 - Cancel, increase length or inspect swing mooring

Use this form if you would like to apply for one of the harbourmaster authorisations:

  • cancel a swing mooring
  • increase the length of my vessel
  • inspect my own mooring
