It incorporates Plan Changes 1-7 and aims to help deliver community aspirations for water quality in urban and rural areas.

The NRRP was reviewed, and the CLWRP was developed to replace it.

Submissions on the CLWRP are closed.
Hearings commenced.
Report and recommendations of the hearing commissioners adopted by Council as its decision on 5 December 2013.
There were 10 appeals against the CLWRP and these have been resolved.
The plan was made operative on 1 September 2015.
