If you're contacting us about an environmental issue which involves contaminants in waterways and/or unauthorised discharges to land or air, it's important to notify us immediately by phone on 0800 765 588 (24/7). Alternatively, the Snap Send Solve app is a good way to report an environmental incident.
If you want to apply for a new resource consent or change a current resource consent please send the completed forms to the email address quoted on the application form.

Contact our Customer Services team on 0800 324 636 to make a credit/debit card payment over the phone.
Visit one of our three counter locations Christchurch, Kaikōura or Timaru (see below).
Eftpos is our preferred method of payment. If you would like to pay in cash, we do not hold cash at our counters therefore we can only accept the exact change.
