Dam classification certificate form
Use this form to submit the dam classification certificate to us as required by the Building (Dam Safety) Regulations 2022.
We request the completion of additional fields beyond the mandatory requirements of Form 1 of Schedule 3 of the Building (Dam Safety) Regulations 2022. This data will be used to update Council's Dam Register and enable a better understanding of the region's dam portfolio.
