The joint decision of the Hearing Commissioners to the applications to Environment Canterbury and Waimakariri District Council for the expansion of an existing hard rock quarry and establishment and operation of a new solid waste management and disposal facility at 513 Trig Road, View Hill, has been released.
The decision is to decline the applications.
