We have received an application from R & P McIntosh Limited for a resource consent CRC251472 – to take and use surface water from an unnamed tributary of the Pahau River.

It is proposed to take water at a rate of 44 litres per second and a volume not exceeding 498,359 cubic metres per year to irrigate a total area of 74.7 hectares at 326 St Leonards Road, Culverden. The application is a renewal of water permit CRC142577.

An expiry date of 1 January 2035 has been sought.
