We have received an application from the Selwyn District Council (the applicant) to operate and maintain their existing land drainage schemes in the Selwyn District. The land drainage schemes in this application include the Ellesmere Drainage District; Greenpark Drainage District; Leeston Drainage District; LII/Ararira Drainage District; Taumutu Drainage District; and Wairiri Valley Drainage District.

  • CRC120988 – A discharge permit to discharge contaminants and water to water; and
  • CRC121181 – A coastal permit to occupy the coastal marine area and the Coastal Hazard Zone;
  • CRC253441 – To disturb the bed of a river.

A consent duration of 1 year for all resource consents is sought.
