Briefings and workshops: Council or committee briefings and workshops held in the Council Chamber are open to the public. Check out the schedule for timing and topics (PDF file 15.2 KB). Presentations are available on request, email workshop@ecan.govt.nz.
Public release of information: From time to time, we release information and decisions that were considered in the public-excluded part of meetings. Information can be released through either a prior Council resolution or approval by the Chief Executive under the Standing Orders.
