Kinetic, the operator whose drivers are involved in this meeting, has worked to ensure the remaining routes it services will be unaffected. We expect affected routes to be operating as usual by 2:30pm.
Bus driver union meetings
Each operator’s bus drivers can attend up to two annual union meetings a year, as per their collective agreement, and this is one of them.
We apologise for the inconvenience and recommend customers plan ahead if they are travelling on public transport on this day.
Thank you for your patience. Affected trips will be removed from our live information on go.metro.co.nz and at bus stops.
