We have received an application from PG and JA Everest for a resource consent CRC203988 to take and use groundwater from Bore K37/1746 (56.03m deep) at a rate of 63 litres per second and a volume not exceeding 517,275 cubic metres per year to irrigate a total area of 265 hectares at 1030 Fords Road, Willowby.

The application is a renewal of water permit CRC050473.1. The take is subject to adaptive management conditions.

The applicant proposes a 15-year duration.
