We have received an application from Pahau Dairy Farm Limited for a resource consent CRC202303 – to take and use surface water from an unnamed tributary of the Pahau River.
It is proposed to take water at a rate of 25 litres per second and a volume not exceeding 21,600 cubic metres in any period of 10 consecutive days and 226,000 cubic metres per year to irrigate a total area of 35.81 hectares at Pahau Reserve Road, Culverden.
An expiry date of 1 January 2035 is sought.
