  3. Waste Management Ltd

    Waste Management Limited had applied for consent to discharge contaminants to air from a proposed waste processing and stabilisation facility at 305 Marshs Road, South Hornby, Christchurch, adjacent to its existing transfer station at 301 Marshs Road.

    The application has now been withdrawn, as they will not be undertaking the activities that require a consent at this time. This means that there is no application to process.
