Applying for a vacancy
- Complete the online application form.
- A cover letter and CV should be provided with your application.
- Your submitted application will be acknowledged by email.
Shortlisting
- Notification will be by phone, text, or email.
- Initial phone interview, video interview, and/or a formal panel interview.
- Interview confirmations will be sent via email.
- If your application is unsuccessful you'll be advised by email.
Interview
- Interviews are conducted by a panel, usually 3 people.
- Allow approximately 1 hour for the interview.
We use the STAR technique for our behavioural-based questions.
- Situation - describe the situation.
- Task - describe what you had to achieve.
- Action - describe the steps you took.
- Result - describe what the outcome was.
Please bring with you to the interview a certified copy or original documentation of the following:
- Either a birth certificate or passport
- Your driver’s licence/or photo ID
Reference checking and assessments
We will discuss all the details of these checks and assessments before we ask you to complete them.
- Reference and background checking.
- Some roles require you to complete an ability assessment and/or a personality questionnaire.
- Some roles require pre-employment checks such as health, drug, and alcohol check, Ministry Of Justice (MOJ), and/or police vetting.
Offer of employment
- If you're successful in being offered the role, we will be in touch and then follow up with a written offer.
- If you weren't successful, we will let you as soon as possible and will be happy to provide you with feedback.

Summer student roles
We offer several summer student roles each year. Advertising starts mid-July. All applications should be made online. All applicants should be available to work from mid-November through to mid-end February.
