Adams Sawmilling Company Limited have applied to Canterbury Regional Council for a resource consent relating to the discharge of operational stormwater from roofs, internal roads, and gravel hardstand areas from an industrial site used to mill, process, dry, and treat timber.

The site is 1.336 hectares in size and is located at 24 Malcolm McDowell Avenue, Ashburton, legally described as RS 40696.

Adams Sawmilling Company Limited proposes to discharge operational stormwater onto and/or into land within the site.

The applicant has requested a consent duration of 15 years.
