Outcome measures results

There are 25 outcome measures across our three core services. The most recent results for each is presented here. For most, the outcome measure result describes the change relative to a baseline, allowing us to track our progress over time towards achieving the outcomes in collaboration with others. The baseline is described in brackets and further defined on the webpage for each measure.

This year we have started to map our outcome measures against our Climate Action Plan, which sets out 12 climate actions and 51 sub-actions across four themes. Nine of our 25 outcome measures have a strong, direct link to a specific climate action, where our existing work already contributes to what that action sets out to achieve. 

Each year, a summary is prepared and included in our annual report. At the end of 2025/26: seven targets were met, four were measured and not met, four were measured with no change, two were not measured this year, six measures had a baseline only (which will be reported against in future), and two measures were in development (i.e. there was no baseline or result available and we are still working on the best way to report).
